College societies

The college has the following societies:

Merton Christian Union

Contact:

Alex Beukers and Joseph Jae-Sung Rhee

Description:

Merton Christian Union is an open community of students at Merton, who believe that every student at Merton deserves the opportunity to hear and respond to the gospel of Jesus Christ. So we meet weekly, whether at a college Bible study or at an inter-collegiate ‘Central’ meeting, to learn more about Jesus Christ and about how to talk about and know better our God. We also hold events, like ‘Text-a-Toastie’, to start conversations with our friends in college about faith.

If you’re interested in the CU, don’t hesitate to get in touch with either of us at any time - everyone is welcome and we’d love to hear from you!
